What to do If you have not Recieved your login Information email

If your account is paid in full and you have already received a receipt and order confirmation from us, you should receive an automatically generated Login Information email within a few hours of signing up.

If not, check your junk mail folder. If there is nothing there, please do the following:

Existing users:

If you already have an N6 Cloud account, please open a support ticket and ask to be sent another copy of the Login Information email. To do so, please log in to your N6 Cloud Client Area.

Please open a support ticket from your Client Area.

Please include the email address you originally signed up with and the primary domain name on your account, especially if you have more than one hosting package with N6 Cloud.

New Users:

If you are new to N6 Cloud, please send an email or live chat with us requesting another copy of the Login Information email. Please include the email address you originally signed up with and the primary domain name on your account.
