Account activation:

All orders go through a strict screening process at N6 Cloud because we receive massive fraudulent requests. However, we try our best to activate all new accounts within 24 hours, but the turn-around time is usually much quicker—about 15 to 20 minutes if the order passes our fraud check. If you have not received your Welcome e-mail after 24 hours, please check your e-mail application's Spam or bulk mail folder. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that all legitimate orders are processed promptly and efficiently.  If you still cannot find your Welcome e-mail, please submit a support ticket on the N6 Cloud Customer Portal at https://n6cloud.com.

Please note that although account setup takes 24 hours or less, DNS service changes usually take an additional 24 hours to complete. 

 

Billing Cycles:

You select a billing cycle when you order a hosting package. You can choose to be billed monthly, or you can pre-pay for a 6, 12, 24, or 36-month period up to 108-moths period depending upon hosting plans. We offer significant discounts when you pre-pay for a package. All pre-paid accounts are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee for the full amount. For Outside Canada customers we Charge in USD so, the currency exchange rate may reflect on the money-back amount. 

 

Anti-Fraud measures:

To ensure the safety and security of all transactions, we utilize a fraud detection service during the checkout process. Sometimes, this service may flag a transaction as potentially fraudulent. In such cases, we may ask for additional information to confirm your identity and payment method, such as a photocopy of a valid identification card or credit card. Rest assured that this is done to protect you and our business from malicious actors and keep costs down. 

 

International Transactions:

We gladly accept payments through major credit cards or PayPal for customers residing outside the United States.

Furthermore, the N6 Cloud website and Client-Area offer the flexibility to display prices in USD as well for outside Canada Clients.
