To change the PHP version in CWP(Control Web Panel), follow these steps:
Step:-1 Login to your CWP account: Access your CWP control panel using your username and password.
Step:-2 Locate PHP Setting >> PHP Version Switcher
Step:-3 Select the Desired PHP Version: On the PHP Version Switcher page, you will see a list of available PHP versions. Choose the version you want to switch to by clicking the radio button next to it.
Step:-4 Chek Requirements: Make sure every requirement here is on, and apply any changes as per your requirements.
Step:-5 Click on Save and Build. It will start compiling PHP, It will take a few minutes to complete the process.
you can open the View Log and you will be able to see if there are any errors in here.
Step:-6 Verify the PHP Version: To ensure that the PHP version change was successful, you can verify it on a PHP info page. Make sure its changed to your required version.
