How to Cancel the Service with N6 Cloud

This article describes how to cancel a product or service for your account using the N6 Cloud Client Area.

Canceling a Product or a Service:

You can cancel a product or service associated with your account at any time. With N6 Cloud you have two options you can either cancel the service Immediately or at the End of the Billing Cycle. 

N6 Cloud requires you to cancel the service at least five days before your next billing cycle to avoid charges.

To cancel a product or service, follow these steps:

Step:-1 Login to N6 Client Area or CLICK HERE!

Step:-2 On the Left Menu bar, Click on Services and select the service you want to cancel.

Step:-3 Open the Service Dashboard, click MORE!

Step:-4 From the drop-down menu, click on Cancel

In this example, it's the VPS service that's being canceled.

Step:-5 N6 Cloud Gives you the option to cancel the service at the end of your current billing cycle or you can choose to end the service immediately. 

You can briefly describe the reason for the cancellation. 

Once you describe the reason and choose the cancellation type. You will be able to click Request Cancellation. 

You will see the cancellation message. 

Thank you. Your cancellation request has been submitted. If you have done this by mistake please open a support ticket to notify us immediately, otherwise your account may be terminated.

You will also receive an email from N6 Cloud about the cancellation.
