This article describes how to upgrade your hosting package.
Upgrade/Downgrade are processed within 24 hours, and usually much faster than that. There is also no penalty to upgrade; you only have to pay the difference between the two packages.

Upgrading Shared Hosting Services
To upgrade Shared Hosting Services, Please submit a Ticket here: Open a New Ticket Here!
You need to purchase a New Hosting plan to upgrade the Shared Hosting Services.
To add new services to your existing account you can log in to N6 Cloud Client Area: Click Here to Log In!
Upgrading/Downgrading your Existing VPS or Cloud Services
You can Upgrade your VPS or Cloud services from your N6 Cloud Client Area.
For Now, N6 Cloud does not support the Downgrade service.
Step:-1 Login to Client Area or CLICK HERE!
Step:-2 From the side menu bar select Services>>select the service you want to upgrade
Step:-3 Once the services Dashboard is open click on MORE!>>Upgrade
Step:-4 From the Upgrade page you will be able to update the Hosting Services as well the resources of like IP address
Step:5 Once you select the Service you can choose the billing cycle and hit continue
Step:-6 Select the payment method and hit Submit.
You will receive an email with the confirmation and billing information.
If you are upgrading Cloud Services you can select one of the options and hit Upgrade it will automatically upgrade your Cloud Service with N6 CLoud.
NOTE: You only have to pay the difference between the two packages while updating VPS services, for Cloud Service as per your usage, and for shared hosting you will be charged for the New Services that you add with N6 Cloud.
