Having personalized email addresses with your domain name not only enhances professionalism but also boosts brand identity. In this article, we will walk you through the step-by-step process of adding an email account in CWP:
Step:-1 Login to your CWP Account. (https://your-host-name.com or IP Address:2031)(htpp://your-host-name.com or IP Address:2087)

Step:-2 From the Side menu bar locate Email then Email Accounts.

Step:-3 Add new Domain Mail
If you wish to create a Email for a subdomain then choose Add a New Subdomain Email.
Step:-4 fill out the required information as per your requirements, and click on CREATE MAIL.
Congratulations, your CWP Email Account is now all set up.
You can use the action links (Icons) shown on the right side of the above image to perform tasks like auto-login to Roundcube from CWP, reset the email user password, and suspend or delete the email account.
Email Aliases/Forwarders
Email Aliases use to consolidate any emails to the domain for one inbox.
Email Forwarders are used to forward emails to a group of recipients like [email protected].
Roundcube Webmail
Roundcube is already installed on your CWP server and ready to use. The URL to access Roundcube (http://your-hostname.com:2030/roundcube/. or https://your-hostname.com:2031/roundcube/.)
On the Roundcube email login prompt, your username is the full email address. Type your Roundcube webmail login credentials and select Login. Customizations are saved per email account.
There are other webmail clients available with the CWP Softaculous, you can install Sofaculous with the Script Installer.
